# Return and Refund Policy for Online Purchases of Phix Doctor Ding Repair Kits, Ding Repair Resins and Accessories

Phix Doctor will replace or refund the cost of the item and shipping if for any reason you are not happy with it or find it to be defective or received an incorrect item for a period of 60 days from delivery. Phix Doctor reserves the right to refund the paid value including shipping to it’s customers outside of US territories. Phix Doctor values every customer and will process any returns in the shortest time possible, usually less than 5 working days.
